Our HYDROWASH 240 is a touch free Machine which washes vehicles with max heights of 2.40m and max width of 2.20 m. It yields best washing results for small cars, jeep as well as for vans, and SUVs. This Machine, applies emollient softener + shampoo foam and rinse washes the vehicle with 100 bar high pressure while moving over the vehicle two times. The machine is washing with emollient and shampoo foam in the first two run cycles and it adds drying aid wax to the rinse water
and start to dry by following the vehicle profile. Therefore, in drying operations, higher efficiency is provided with low speed of gantry.

There is a Counter on the panel, which counts the number of vehicles that have been washed. The metal structure made of first grade steel sheets is hot dip galvanized, phosphate coated and baked after electrostatic powder painted. The operations of the machine are programmed on the inboard PLC computer. Fiberglass top front cladding, Pump for Chemical Dosing and emergency stop buttons are standard. The gantry drive motors work with Inverter system, so the start and stop of machine is very soft. This also prolongs the motor and the gear life.
