• The metal structure made of first grade steel sheets is hot dip galvanised, phosphate coated, and
baked after electrostatic powder painted.
• To provide correct position of the cars, Our Machines have Wheel correlator with rulo system at
the entrance.
• The conveyor group is formed by rollers which comes every 1,5 m and galvanised chains that
works with inverter speed control.
• All external bolts are stainless steel. Bristles of the brushes, gearboxes, pneumatic and electronic
components are the first quality products of major World manufacturers.
• All electrical and hose equipments are installed in the main body.
• These machines’s automation is controlled by PLC.
• Machine’s capacity is 30-45 car per hour. (For capacity of 60 car per hour, the machine can be
equipped with optional vertical brush translating trolley systems)
• There will be traffic lights at exit and entrance sections.
• The 2*3 kw contour following top dryer fans and 2*5,5 kw, fixed side dryer fan group gives
satisfactory drying on the surface. It can apply shampoo and wax to the vehicles to provide better
washing and drying quality.
• In the WDR models, the ‘Robowash’ system has been installed which means pre-cleaner piston
robot with 100 bars with rotating or vertical up and down movement. With this system, Car’s rim
and Car’s lower side sections will be freed from intense mud and dust.
• There is an electronic counter on the side panel, which counts the number of vehicles that have
been washed.
• Composed of 4 vertical and 1 horizontal brushes. Both the horizontal and the vertical brushes are
controlled with sensitive electronic power control pressure system.
